“Our room (130) had a phone that did t work which they said its been that way for years and also the room was dripping wet… literally. The seals in the door were non existent and cased a lot of humidity or baby formula the beds our clothes the floor the crawling all super wet. I went to ask for towels to dry out floors and the lady said are you in 130? I said yes and she said they just can’t seem to fix that room it’s been like this for a long time. I told the front about the weather stripping……

“Very nice place to stay in a short walk to the beach Very pet friendly The only thing I would request is this condo needs a new couch It is a sleeper sofa, but either replace the couch or the mattress. Very uncomfortable and I have slept on many that were comfortable.”

“Very late check-in was an inconvenience. No written instructions for WiFi or anything and not even one coffee filter to get us through the first morning — all seemed low level for this rental price point. The exterior is inhospitable and knowing we’d be on the 3rd floor without an elevator for luggage was a surprise. And the serious warnings in the contract felt as if I needed legal advice. This condo is a corner cutting business first— so don’t expect any warmth or welcome packet.”
