“The property is on a golf course and our balcony overlooked the 13th hole. The hotel is very old and has a very bad smell. The room looked like it has been smoked in for 30 years. When we turned on the electric heater it had a very bad burning smell and it set off the smoke detector. The smoke detector kept chirping after it was shut off. When I asked for it to be fixed the woman scolded us for turning on the heat. They did send a maintenance man, and he changed the battery quickly. Toilet kept……

“Firstly there was only a staff member to be found between about 4-6pm. Which is an issue because I couldn't talk to anyone during my stay. Including in the morning at checkout. I requested a first floor for my disabled child, and when I checked in they were like oops but oh well because we cant move you. 2. The rooms were mildly clean at best. (we had two rooms- both has a mildew smell) the beds had dirty blankets. One of the blankets was even sticky. I found several bugs in the hallways, so……

“Quite obvious they posted fake pics of the rooms. It's run down. Like years ago...Beds gross. Microwave from the 80s. TV had 5 channels and they were all sports. No coffee maker in the room and the officedownstairsthat does have a keurig was not open. The room smelled like idk even what. The one sheet on the bed was toilet paper thin. A train goes by every couple hours. Mini fridge was not on, so we had to keep our stuff in the cooler and there's no ice machine.”
