“Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Were using the accessible room which was very spacious for a wheelchair user. Bonus breakfast with cereals and toast tea coffee and orange juice. Ample parking convenient for M1 and our 1 night stopover.”

“When we got in the room , at first glance nice and tidy we never inspected room thoroughly on day two my wife went to turn radiator down and there was a used condom behind it we were horrified, when we told reception she turned to us smiling and said sorry.
This is only one of several major faults with this doss house we shall never return to.
It makes me and my wife sick at the thought of us sleeping in it.”

“Check in was terrible, I arrived about 11pm, no one was there apart from a note on the door to call a central receptionist who then WhatsApped the codes to get in and to get my room key. Couldn’t find my room and had to call back to be told I was in another building.
Had trouble finding the right door to get in the next building and then had no code for that building and had to cal back again.
Parking was in the dark and payment machines were to dark to see
Room was ok but not the best but……
