"Property was quiet & clean. Rooms were very comfortable. The only negative…our room was not refreshed - trash not emptied, no fresh towels. (2 night stay) Just a suggestion…consider reorganizing placement of waffle irons. This area creates a huge bottle neck. "

"The room was great! Front desk took a bit longer to check in than normal but friendly. The only thing I would say is there is no valet and you have to park a block and a half away . DO NOT use their parking lot! Scope out other options prior , the parking spaces were so close together that you can barely open your door. On a positive note, the room was very nice so if you don’t mind parking your own car and walking this is a good choice."

"We stayed for four nights. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - nice and big with a mini fridge and microwave. For the price, I would stay here again. I deducted one star because the halls really stank of cigarette smoke, which gave me a sore throat. Note that you can get public transit downtown (takes about 45 min). And there are things nearby (eg, frozen daiquiris, fast food). Close to the highway. As expected at a budget hotel, there were sketchy people staying there...

"The girls in the front desk were great and helpful at all times. Sadly to say i can't say the same for the guy working at the bar. Room 308, which was our room the ac was not working. Room 306 which was my brother's the door would not lock correctly. I did call twice for the ac, the maintenance lady would come right away fix it and stopped working in the middle of the night. Other than that everything else was decent. I would stay again if i had too. "

"This property was on the outskirts of the French Quarter so location was great. But it was a bit considering that the pass card was required to gain access to the lobby. But the staff was exceptional and the courtyard and pool were wonderful!"

"It was nice. We were kind of worried about the area but we had no issues when we stayed! Cute room and the shampoo and stuff smelt good! Breakfast was decent! It was also close to where we were going! "
