Upon arrival, the man at the desk was unfriendly and seemed annoyed that I interrupted his tv watching that was blaring loudly into the lobby in some other language. The nerve of me to check in. Curtains were torn and did not completely cover the window, furniture was missing parts of it, door did not open all the way, paint was chipping/peeling, A/C was loud when it went off (all through the night), Lighting was out so area was dark (and not safe) and people were outside smoking and the smell was coming right in our room.
