“I liked that we were offered a 1st floor room as my mom would have had a hard time with stairs. The staff was very friendly and housekeeping was nice to help when needed and not bother us otherwise. We were visiting my oldest daughter in her first place and we were close to her.”

“This was an awkward hotel stay for us. We arrived around 8:30 pm to check in. Our room appeared to be exactly what we had reserved but after getting unpacked and settled we realized the shower was broken. They had no more rooms available and the staff was super quick to swap us over to another hotel. However, I found it odd that there was no compensation for the inconvenience of changing hotels. No refund, or discount. Just a trolley to load our bags on and then push across the parking lots to a……

“When we opened the room to move in, a pungent smell hit our faces. I thought it was the smell of disinfectant, so we opened the door for half an hour to barely make it less pungent. But when we went to the bathroom and found two cockroaches crawling around, I realized that the pungent smell should be the smell of cockroach medicine, and those two cockroaches became a nightmare for my wife who couldn't sleep all night”
