“Large bedroom and recently modernised en-suite. All clean and tidy. Nice and warm (4 day stay in January). Breakfasts were excellent and the food available for the evening meals in the pub part of the hotel was also good. All of the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. The car park is big. Breakfast does not start until 7.30am. You order it from the menu the night before and it was always ready for 7.30 for me, but I was there on business it left me quite tight for getting to my meeting……

“For the price you are getting a private room and private bathroom, you can come and go as you please all which I found ideal, location is also good. Clean bed and linen, clean towels, good shower. No TV, staff won’t help, never fixed or alternative provided, requested reasonable 10-15% refund no response or reply. Grubby, level of cleanliness is poor, wash basin, drawers, stairs into property etc. Toilet cistern runs continuously making noise. Very noisy at night, constant repeated door……
