“First time staying at a Tru hotel. Pleasantly surprised. Lots of thoughtful details. We really enjoyed it.”

“Parking was easy but a little cramped the hotel is currently undergoing renovation and you cannot see out of the windows this was not mentioned during booking or on there website the room was fine but could be a bit cleaner and there was no shampoo at all it was a completely empty bottle. The breakfast was ok but the woman working was not the friendliest individual. The elevator is rough and very slow. If you are looking for a ok place to stay for a night this will do. I personally do not……

“Room was ok, the refrigerator was too small. The bathroom had a stained washcloth the toilet was not clean. The breakfast was minimal. The hash browns were old and the coffee was terrible. The lobby could have been cleaner and the outside property was riddled with trash! ”
