“It was a little difficult to find it at first, one thing i did like was the communication he did responded quick. Photos were different than what i booked but turned out to be better than what i booked. However it was hard to find. ”

“check-in was fine. the room itself is okay. the toilet never seemed to flush completely. the toilet roll holder also kept falling off. it seems like the hot water runs out after 10 minutes. also my key-card seems to always not work. i have to get front desk to help me re-activate my card, this happened maybe like 5 times in the 3 nights i stayed.
the immediate neighborhood is not bad, about 7 minute walk to the train. ”

“Our room was clean and quiet. All staff were friendly and welcoming. Especially our cleaning lady who made sure we knew where to get extra towels and hygiene supplies if the lobby was closed. The door man also went out of his way to show us how the building locks worked. Very helpful and friendly. ”

“The hotel is just reopened from renovation, so the room is very new, clean & cozy. It is more like a B&B then a hotel as it is located at 3/F of a commercial building.Staff are very helpful. However, there is no heater (air-con's with no warm air function), but they have enough duvet. It takes 15 Euro for taxi from the central station. They also served breakfast to your room.”
