“We stayed at the hotel because we had a weekend wedding in South Kingstown. Everything was great. Room was very clean, staff very friendly and the beds were so comfortable! Breakfast was very good too. And since we had to bring our Shih Tzu, it was also a huge plus that the hotel is pet friendly. We highly recommend the hotel if you plan to stay in the South Kingstown/Narragansett area.”

“The property is completely run down and about two thirds of the property looks abandoned. The room was dirty. The bed sheets had holes and stains. The windows did not lock. There is one outlet in the entire room. The shower head was broken and sprayed water everywhere. The indoor pool was gross and had moldy water and place smelled like something died in there. There was only one light outside that worked so it was very dark outside. We did not feel safe. As far as staff, we saw no one other……

“Lovely staff. The breakfast wasn’t good though. I read so many reviews that said it was great and the muffins were baked fresh. It was a plastic wrapped blueberry muffin, and a piece of lemon cake. Two clementines and two bananas, and 2 coffees that tasted burnt and was given 4 sugars and 4 creamers. Wasn’t too thrilled about the jacuzzi and didn’t use it. The jets weren’t the cleanest. Needs a lot of updates.”

“The best thing about my room was the renovated tiny bathroom. It had nice marble and sink but the toilet seat was loose. And that was just the beginning of the poor state of things. The room was pretty clean but the door paint had been chipped and not repainted and the door handle was barely functional. I definitely used the deadbolt lock. The curtains on the window were a solid panel so you couldn't really open them. I slid them aside. Fun fact: the metal box the mattress sits on makes a cool……

“The good: from the outside, it’s a motel you don’t expect much from, but the inside was remodeled and clean. The shower water pressure was amazing! Everything was fine and I’d absolutely stay here again. I do recommend it. The “could be better”: my only gripe was that there was not an outlet on or behind the work table. I needed to work and had to do so on the bed so I could have an outlet.”
