"Hotel was not busy but seemed to be very few staff about. My room was ok but cold and no heating available. The evening meal was very poor it was like very cheap pub food but at hotel prices. However breakfast was good and staff helpful."

"We were there for a family gathering. The reeceptionist was warm and welcoming and very helpful. We had a meal and all the front of house were lovely, Daniella was particularly good. Her service was with a big smile, nothing was too much trouble and our food and drinks were perfect. There was a football team there that evening yet somehow everyone managed to give a smooth and timely service. Excellent stay .
