"We had a great stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to a suite room with a brilliant view of the Shard! The style of the hotel was quirky with a good atmosphere. The continental breakfast was very good with many choices."

"The property was great for the money and was quiet and safe. The bathroom would have benefited from signage as another guest had to ask me where it was and I had to risk knocking and turning a handle to locate it. All in all, for the price and central nature of the location. I was very satisfied. Thank you 🙏"

"Hadn't receieved any check in info, however the team on the end of the phone were helpful. Apart from the stay was only activated for 1 night instead of 3 which meant we couldn't access the room. Tbags etc weren't topped up on the Sunday which was a shame. Staff were friendly and helpful when we saw them"

"Sigo esperando mi reembolso! A pesar de que intenté comunicarme con la propiedad un día antes, despues ese día temprano, después aterricé en Londres, llegué a la propiedad 2 horas antes del check in, estuve llamando desde fuera de la propiedad. Pude comunicarme con Expedia hasta las 7pm y me dijeron que ya era tarde para hacer el check in... Pase la noche en la calle en el frío y lluvia de Londres con mi equipaje, mi esposa y mis 3 pequeños hijos. Todo el dia siguiente (20 de abril) estuvimos...

"Easy access to London Bridge underground, 2 markets nearby and Borough Market minutes away. My only complaint is that wifi was unavailable during my stay. It only worked 1 out of 7 nights so had to rely on roaming (ouch) "

Only bad thing is that there is a loud bar/club across the road which you can hear the ‘thump’ of music into the early morning, reaver your earplugs Really close to the tube and can also easily walk into the city if you don’t mind a small walk. Amazing views as well from the apartment"
