“The grounds were clean. The lobby and interior of the common areas were clean. The gym and pool areas were excellent. The hallways to rooms could use updated carpeting. Rooms themselves were clean. Excellent bedding mattresses very comfortable. Extremely quiet!! Restful! noise was not an issue. Rooms can use some touch ups in rugs , paint and bathroom tiles work. “This was our second time staying at the 1863 Inn at Gettysburg. The room was very clean and the bathroom updated. PROS: Great location! We were able to walk the cemetary and the entire town easily from our location. The location can't beat. Close to stores, restaurants and attractions. CONS: The property is a bit dated.
