“Love the breakfast and the customer service making sure our family was on the same floor”

“I requested twice for them to snake the shower drain and refresh the room. We were told 2 days in a row that everything would be taken care of, then they just shrugged us off when we asked why nothing was done. Breakfast was less than expected, but edible. The cleaning staff and breakfast servers were polite and professional. The A/C was ok we had to leave ours on high fan and at like 70 degrees.”

“Staff was excellent. Problems we experienced were handled quickly and efficiently. Elevators were broke, entry door cards would not work. Plugs on desk in room did not work. Dark hallway, felt unsafe”
