“The hotel has seen better days. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The bed was comfortable and clean. But the carpets in the stairwells haven’t been vacuumed in days at least. The hard water stains in the toilets are distinctly black. The bedroom hardfloor hadn’t been swept recently, leaving dust bunnies and such for my feet to find. And sadly, we were not informed that the pool was under maintenance when we booked online. Rather disappointing. Safe and reasonably priced, but……

“The room was dirty, trim falling off the wall, looked like a mouse had run across our bed when we walked in from mice poop on the bedspread. We ran out of toilet paper because there was barely any there to begin with and there werent any extra rolls, no tissues in the tissue holder, and the floor looked as though it hadnt been vaccummed in a long time.”

“The staff was so wonderful - especially to all the kids staying there for the soccer tournament. The breakfasts are incredible! I wish I would have booked directly with the hotel because Expedia was awful to work with in changing dates. BOOK WITH HOTEL DIRECTLY FOR SURE!”

“I paid for a 2 bed suite knowing I have 4 kids with me and upon check in was told the hotel over sold rooms and I was the lucky one to be moved to 2 separate rooms non - conjoining and quite a bit smaller. A heads up would have been nice so we could have planned accordingly. Not to mention, the walls are thin and you can hear EVERYTHING. I’m sure our neighbors didn’t help but either way, Request a top floor and bring earbuds.”
