“When booking this room I had specifically asked if there was a hot tub and they had said yes but there is not one. Also had asked if they do rides to the casino also said yes but they don’t. Waited in line for a long time on checking into hotel, need more then one person during “peak hours” otherwise it was good. ”

“I literally had the worst stay .1. A group of people showed up and started a baptism ceremony. At the pool? It was the weirdest things I’ve ever seen. Cause it’s a hotel pool and they are having a service. 2. The pool seem over chlorinated. 3.There was literally a party on Saturday night on my whole floor . From kids running down the hallway was like racing , to them playing ding dong ditch , yelling. I understand they are children. But for them to running back and forward after 11 pm . There……

“We had originally booked a 2 queen bed room with a roll-in accessible shower. When we checked I. We were told that the room should not have been allowed to be booked because that shower was broken. We have a son in a wheelchair so this was very inconvenient. They gave us a different room with a step in shower but they didn't even have a shower chair. The room was clean, but not very wheelchair friendly.”

“Overall it is a good hotel. The room is big. Paid breakfast is good and very friendly staffs. But since I stay at the first floor, I can feel the stamping from above floor and noise from time to time.”
