“had an overall decent stay at the property. The room, bed, and washroom were clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. However, there were a couple of issues. The heater in the bedroom was not working, which made the room uncomfortable. Also, the balcony door/window was difficult to slide and did not open easily. “Hotel was nice. Staff was nice enough. The nightly reception is always a great amenity. I thought it was weird they only had cable channels. What hotel doesn’t offer streaming nowadays? Especially an Embassy Suites? We planned to order room service and stream a show and we couldn’t so that was disappointing. The room service was ok - food was cold but tasted good. Otherwise the stay was enjoyable and the facilities and staff were good.”

“I had a good stay overall this weekend. The hotel is in a very convenient location, the room was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The property itself was nice and well-kept. The only downside was the noise—both at night and early in the morning there was a lot of stomping and loud activity from other guests, which made it difficult to relax and sleep. Overall, a positive experience, but the noise level could definitely be improved”
