“The hotel was very poorly maintained. The pool was filthy. I wouldn’t let my kids swim in it. The hallways were filthy and smelled terrible. The room was damp and hot, because the AC barely worked. The elevator barely worked and was in poor condition. I can’t believe it passed its recent inspection. The staff was very nice. But, after seeing all the issues with the property, I had no confidence that they would or could address the issues. The issues are clear. There is no way they don’t already……

“The front desk staff was amazing which made it far more tolerable however the hotel was dumpy. It was an old hotel that threw a terrible paint job on the wall and updated some fixtures but it was run down and trashy and to top it off, our entire floor smelled like weed, our shower leaked onto the floor and even the interior light switches of our room didn’t work properly. I dreaded going back to the room after the day because it was just icky.”
