“They had a leak under the building causing a bad smell and warped floors. They have fans next to several holes dug beneath the foundation. It's still a great place though.”

“Stayed in the presidential 2 bedroom, lake view, condo with my family. We had a great time and the location was perfect for us. It is easy walking distance to Rainey Street and the path down by the water to Congress bridge. We enjoyed the pool and the hospitality. Would stay here again. ”

“Pool nice but hard with a stroller. Lots of steps so we had to carry stroller up and down stairs. Other than what the hotel offered for small things, no shopping nearby. Rooms very clean.”
