“Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.”

“Our room was not available until 6:30. In our room the a/c worked in bedroom but not the living area, on two days where it got up to 90 degrees. Very often there was nobody at the front desk when help was needed. It was clean.”

“Back door for entering was not locked. Trash outside full and overflowing. Grounds in the side and rear were not maintained and trashy. Checked in and staff was not friendly but rather hateful. Room and Lobby were clean. Bed was comfortable and clean.”
