“Facility is nice, but there isn't much nearby except for a McDonald's. However, a 10 min. drive away is Avon Commons with a variety of food and shopping options. The biggest drawback is that the road access to the hotel is blocked at rush hour by drivers coming from the Avon Commons area who are trying to get on the freeway.”

“Bathroom light wouldn’t come on seemed to have a short after turning on and off it would come on. Told the front desk they said we could change rooms but we were ok with. Fridge also stop working too.”

“Wonderful stay! Very clean overall & well-appointed kitchen! Nice porch & back yard seating area. Beds were comfy. Cute neighborhood. If you can handle sharing a bathroom it was fine for a family stay. The bathroom & master bedroom are on the main floor which was nice for my elderly mom. Bring your own coffee! A miscommunication led me to believe that complimentary coffee was provided, but it wasn’t. Only one small pouch of regular coffee was provided, (& 1 decaf) - maybe enough for two……

“There was little to like because the house was not well-cleaned, requires many repairs, and has a non-functional clothes dryer, filthy oven, poor quality bedding and towels, non-functioning lamps in the master bedroom, etc, etc. This house should be removed from the Expedia site. ”

“This place was spacious and allowed for different activities and quiet places to relax. ”

“Our family of 4 really enjoyed this property for our annual visit to Ohio to see my wife's family. It was very clean, everything is in cabinets for cooking and cleaning. If it is available next summer when we plan our next visit, we will definitely be staying here again!”

“They stressed no smoking and locking up when leaving the property. The house had open doors when we arrived and the whole place smelled of cigarette smoke. We left a day before we had to and had to wash/dry clean all our clothes. We had to contact Derrick because the “keyless” locking system had not been programmed. We had to use the “master”number. Supposedly sleeps 6 but 3 or 4 , etc and only 4 chairs at the table. No toaster – breakfast is usually the only meal you want to make at home……
