“Location is great- 3 minute walk to the beach and town square. I’d love to give a 5 star review but unfortunately, we had several problems throughout our stay. The hot water did not work the first day (the property fixed the next day to their credit), the sink had a consistent gurgling sound during the night which we reported but was never properly fixed and kept us up each night, our room was not cleaned the last day of our stay and we were informed the maid had left when we inquired as to……

“My husband and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It is slightly off the beaten path, which made it quiet and enjoyable for us. We walked to the beach and to “downtown” San Poncho every day. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful we enjoyed amazing fresh fruit and delicious coffee every morning and we had dinner there one night as well, all were 10/10. The staff was lovely and helpful. We would absolutely stay here again. ”

“Updated - had money go missing from my room, poorly handled by staff and refused to call police. Karen was absolutely useless to deal with today despite being helpful before. First day and a half was fine until the cleaning person came to clean the room and sprayed the tile floor with what I thought was cleaning solution but was told later it was perfume. I was told the floors were still wet because the AC was on. And the humidity was the issue. Well I turned the AC off 10 hours prior and the……
