“They sent everything by e-mail, key code, gate code. No staff interaction at all. So make sure you read your emails. This was our first time staying here and we loved it, lots of room, beautiful view of the lake and slopes. Everything nice and clean, weel equipped kitchen. The pool is really close, you can just walk to it. ”

“So this property is positioned as a very high-end property. The pictures make it look fantastic. But I think that they inadvertently or possibly deliberately leave out the fact that this house is on a very steep hillside. There's stairs everywhere, in and out. When you walk in the front door, you have to go downstairs to get to the living level and then back up to get to the kitchen. So you're always going up and down stairs. And then, the pictures make it look like it's fairly level outside,……

“Pros - great location, loved the layout of the house with open layout and plenty of seating, pool table in the basement, nice outdoor space. Cons - Most alarming was one of the sliding doors would not lock. It was clearly damaged, as were most of the sliding doors. They were all extremely difficult to open which wouldn't have been a big deal as long as they all locked. We were searching for items to wedge in the door to prevent a break in, which is ridiculous. The communication was not good. I……

“The home was very well appointed. I loved the hot tub. Very clean! The only issues we had was the fact that the bunk beds were not made and we needed to use them. we also had an issue locking the door from the dining room to the deck (never could get it to lock and when leaving we couldn't get the front door to lock. The home was very spacious and decorated nicely.”
