“The front desk lady was horrible. I asked for first floor (we have knee issues) we ended up on third floor. The breakfast was poor. . The same lady was at the front desk........horrible again!”

“The rooms were nicer than expected, clean and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was pretty limited. Would like greek yogurt and bananas more bread choices.”

“The room next to us was filled with screaming kids that were screaming from 8:00pm to 12:00am. I called the front desk 6 times and went down there twice. All of those times, nobody did anything. They never came up to tell them to be quiet, though they said they would. Both of my babies woke up from the noise, it was so bad. During one of the phone calls the front desk staff could hear the kids over the phone. Yet nothing was done. The hotel said because it was booked through Expedia they……
