“I had mixed feelings about my stay here. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised an indoor/outdoor pool, which sounded really unique and relaxing. Unfortunately, the outdoor portion has been filled in, so it’s no longer actually an indoor/outdoor pool. That was really disappointing, and I do feel the advertising is misleading. When I brought it up to staff, the response was basically that there was nothing they could do, which made the situation even more……

“I stayed here back in January, I booked a room with an accessible tub and was placed in a suite with a shower. After the initial complaint they moved my family up a floor to a room with a tub. The hardware from the faucet had water spraying all over the bathroom, which I wasn’t impressed about given it was a new property. I needed this tub given I was postpartum and healing, this was specifically the reason why I booked to begin with. I was in tears at this point and the tub itself was dirty and……
