“Room had bugs and bugs in bed, stunk and double charged for all 3 rooms. Staff was rude and still arguing to try to get bill cleared up.”

“Trickle shower, No pressure, dirty shower floor, Water ran right out on the bathroom floor because of no lip on the shower. Bed was about 2 foot high. Couldn't hardly crawl out of bed Never go back”

“The language barrier is the reason for my scoring. The toilet was broke and it kept running all day and night. I tried to fix it the first night and then told a couple workers the next morning, still broke when I left. The toilet seat was broken, told them within an hour of arriving. That didnt get addressed. The bathroom above the tub wall had something on it, they allow animals so I wonder if it was from one of them. The door in the bathroom was scratched up bad. One wall had water damage you……
