“Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Only complaint was the installation of a new thermostat for the room. It did not work (unless you wanted a/c only) the heat would not come on and the thermostat was complicated. Front desk staff did not know how to work the new thermostat. They were very kind and apologized. I just wish the hotel had made an attempt at training their staff before subjecting the guests to this new system. ”
