“The resort itself is in a great location — being directly on the beach while also having stores and restaurants nearby was very convenient. The outside of the property was nice and presentable, and the staff we interacted with were friendly. It was also a gated resort, and despite there being stray cats, chickens, occasional iguanas, and birds wandering around, they were harmless and honestly added to the island atmosphere. “The staff was super friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little antiquated but fine. If it were modern, it’ll be excellent. Front desk: super helpful and nice. House keeping: everyone was good except for the one day. One cleaning attended didn’t do a good job and tried to make it seem us as a problem. We left the room and when we come back the the beds were kind of made and the room has a smell that wasn’t there before. Like they used a steam vacuum with old water. On top of that left now……

“The breakfast was ok. The pool bar and restaurant wasn’t open when I stayed. The rooms need a big upgrade and to be cleaned badly. This hotel has so much potential if they put in the work ”
