“In over 40 years of personal and business travel, I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was so bad I feel obligated to warn others. I cannot believe we paid $350 per night for this hotel. At that price, I expected a clean, well-maintained property. Instead, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we've ever had. Expedia should seriously reconsider promoting this property. The parking lot looked like an abandoned construction zone, with equipment, pallets, and debris scattered……

“New owners are starting to get the property around, but there's a ways to go. I don't know about all the rooms, but our shower was not good. They need to tear out all the old spa tubs and flooring and install modern bathroom settings. Our room had a bit of a musty odor too, whatever needs to be done to mitigate that should be high on the priority list. The property has great spaces, we loved the firepit and the the rest of our room outside the bath. The location is great for walking to town, and……

“We really enjoyed our stay! The house is adorable and has so much character. It was decorated beautifully, and we loved all of the thoughtful touches, like the record player, gumball machine, and the complimentary drinks and snacks. It made the space feel very welcoming and homey. The location was also great—just a short distance from the beach and convenient to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was the traffic. The house sits on a corner, and there were quite a few semi-trucks……
