“The front desk staff told me when I checked in that the air conditioning had been fixed and the room should cool down in an hour or so. I dropped my bags in the room, set the temp to 65, and went to the bar. 2 hours later I went back to my room and the room temp had not changed...hot. at this point it was late, I could not go any where else, so I suffered in the hot un air conditioned room all night. The next morning I went to the front desk to complain and tell them the staff had lied. I……

“The property was kept very nice. The interior of the hotel was very clean and the decor was up to date. The staff was very helpful and always going the extra mile for you. The grill/bar they have was very nice. The room I had was very clean and quiet. Definitely enjoyed staying there and definitely would book again”
