“Staff was great. My 3 star rating is only because there were no sign ups left when arriving for the 3PM check-in. Without this, for the sauna or infrared room; it leaves you to be "stealing time" where you can..(also feels a bit absurd for the rate you pay.) I had to scramble out of one solo sauna after first finding it empty, because a couple had booked it, and they told me they were also booked for the infrared (double dipping also leaves others without.) “Honestly there is nothing bad to day abou this property. The main house is beautiful and historic. The restaurant is also in that same house and I adored it. The food was great but I wish there a couple little details looked at in the main dining room. The smaller cabin rooms are perfect, clean, spatious, well stocked and you dont feel alone but you dont feel crowded. The land the area is so beautifil and I would definitly come back ”

“Very nice B&B outside New Paltz, removed from the road so it’s quiet. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms well appointed. The breakfast area is open 24 hours, so there’s always the possibility of coffee and a snack. It was well stocked with bagels, muffins, fruit, milk, and cereal. There’s also a common living room with a comfortable couch and chairs. Everything was very clean. There are plenty of restaurants within a couple miles. “I thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The hostess was warm and friendly and very accommodating, breakfast was fantastic. I stayed in the green room, and although had a "shared bathroom", I had it all to myself and felt very comfortable. I enjoyed hanging out in Woodstock - checking out the Kaaterskill waterfall and Platte Clove waterfall, shopping around town, having a beer with the locals. I had dinner right across the street at Alba's Kitchen - convenient and tasty. Great stay! Highly recommend this……
