“The lodge was wonderful! Everything was clean and very well presented. The room was spacious and perfect for my disabled husband (we had the ADA lodge). The outdoor area was clean and a great place to relax. The staff members I interacted with were friendly and very helpful. Plan to visit again when we can stay for more than one night!”

“I lost a travel tote full of jewelry during my stay and contacted the hotel to ask for assistance. Though they used a pleasant tone, the two employees I spoke to were of no help. I asked if it was possible to view camera footage as this jewelry is irreplaceable and was told a manager would call me back. I never heard from anyone.”

“We didn’t get the room that we booked (king suite) but they absolutely made up for it by giving us a voucher for coffee and breakfast.”

“Staff worker at front desk was rather unpleasant. And we were charged an additional $25 for 2 extra hours to check out, even though we were there for the marathon.”

“The Federal Pointe Inn of Gettysburg has so much history! It was originally constructed to be a school so the ceilings are extra high. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was large, but could have used better lighting. The bedrooms also lacked hooks for ease of hanging outer wear as the closet was located in the far end of the room away from the door. When we stayed, it was Easter Sunday so the restaurant and bar was closed, so we didn't get to enjoy restaurant/ bar, but we did walk……

“La propreté de la 1ere chambre était médiocre et la seconde qu’ils nous ont attribuée. Il n’y avait pas de serviette quand mon mari a pris sa douche et dans la nuit il avait froid et bien sûr il n’y avait pas de douillette pour le déjeuner il n’y avait pas de pain, ni d’œuf, brouillés en fait que des bagels et des céréales vraiment très ordinaires”
