“The front manager was very monotone and unenthusiastic whenever we interacted. She also has difficulty communicating with guests in a timely manner, evidently shown when we tried to call the front desk but had to wait extremely long for her to just pick up. Hotel-wise, they didn’t have any slippers even when requested. The breakfast was also only mediocre at best. Nothing terrible, but nothing exciting either. All in all, it was a very average experience.”

“Enjoyed my stay, the front staff was very friendly, I believe it was Michael and Jae, 2 incredible employees, the down side is that you have to pay for breakfast but clean, bed, restroom and clean hotel property! ”

“The staff of the hotel was very nice and helped me arrange a cab immediately to pick me up from the hotel to the airport to catch the flight in time, when the pick-up service I ordered online was not delivered to me at the end without any notice even after 40 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time. My appreciation to the staff of the hotel. Thank you so much!”
