“The bed was comfortable and clean. The room was oddly laid out but spacious except for the sink and toilet/ shower. The grout and baseboards were terribly dirty. There was a blood stain on the bathroom wall. The room definitely needs a real spring cleaning and not just strong smelling disinfectant. Finally, the toilet paper needs an upgrade.”

“Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was very disappointing. From the moment we walked into the room, there was a very strong animal odor, and the room did not feel clean or well maintained. Although we understood we were assigned to a pet-designated room, that should not mean the room smells overwhelmingly of animals.
