“Really lovely quaint hotel! Staff are amazing and go above and beyond!! Thank you to Laura, Paul and the wonderful chef!! Please note, this is a very old building and doesn’t have all the mod cons of a modern property. Bed linen and towels were lovely and clean. There is tea and coffee in the room and you may request additional items if you need them. Beer garden is amazing with lovely views. There are TVs to watch sport. Not suitable for people with mobility issues as there are stairs up to……

“Food , drink and staff were really good. Room was very clean but very noisy could here people in next room even their conversation and our room was at the front so constant traffic noise , lots of lorry’s going by. The double bed in our room (4) was very uncomfortable could feel the springs so not much sleep. Breakfast was interesting bought to your room in a basket ! ”

“This is a very good option for staying just outside richmond at a very good price. The staff were excellent and extremely friendly and the food and service lovely. Would recommend and lovely view of richmond and surrounding area. Thanks team. Love louise claire and the dogs”

“What I love this hotel the most is the breakfast, its by order and put you feel like on vocation (I am on biz trip). The staff was very nice as well. The hotel location is perfect and nearby market place, very easy to walk around this lovely city. The only thing that need to improve is the internet connection, it was that good in my room.”
