“We would have appreciated if the front desk staff pointed out that there is no bell hop service and bringing the luggage rack to your room is DIY, so instead we waited for an hour to get our luggage upstairs. The valet service was wonderful and accommodating of my needs. The room 603 was awkward regarding the inability to isolate the toilet from the rest of the room due to the open back entrance to the bathroom.”

“The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?”
