"Really enjoyed our stay based in a recently built (or upgraded?) annex. Very friendly staff who were helpful and supportive. We ate one night in the hotel and enjoyed a wide ranging choice of menu. Food was served quickly (although we did have to chase the waiter for the dessert menu). Got allocated a room that hadn’t been cleaned - when we returned to reception two minutes later we were asked if we wanted to check out!
