“DO NOT STAY HERE. Someone broke into our room, flooded the bathroom sink, and the hotel charged me $250 while refusing to return my calls. On 5/15 left our room with the do not disturb sign on the door. When we returned, our belongings had clearly been moved around and the toilet paper was soaked. I called for replacements and was told our room had flooded because we “left the sink on” and that we’d be charged $150. I immediately spoke with the manager, Louis, and explained we absolutely did not……

“Had an issue with the valet parking. Young man who took our key fob went off shift without logging it in. I only knew there was an issue because I did not receive the valet text for payment and retrieval. It took about 45 minutes to resolve. Glad I did not need vehicle right away! Rest of experience was great! Super friendly staff in Hotel.”
