“We have a lovely welcome by staff as we arrived and they offered us any drink on arrival, this was a great gesture. Our room was lovely, we were upgraded to a suite which was very well received. Breakfast was very nice and a god choice of options. The person who checked me in was great, she explained all the facilities and offered us a special discounted rate for dinner for 2 nights. There were a few minor points, the signage for the Spa could be better as we had to ask some of the cleaning……

There was a few problems with plumbing, firstly the sink leaked, then as the week went on the toilet wouldn’t flush,these problems were sorted very quickly, on the day of leaving the tap in the sink came off, we obviously reported it.
