“The hotel itself was great, and I love the museum theme. The room was comfortable, modern. and really nice. The weak spot was the staff. Everything from a front deck staff that seemed more interested in their computers than helping us, and valets who took 20-30 minutes to get our car. “We stayed for two nights from September 23 to September 25. It was raining and very cold during those days. When we arrived at the hotel, we found that there was no hot water in the bathroom. We reported the issue on the first day, but no one responded, so we had to take cold showers. As a result, both of us caught a bad cold and completely lost our voices.
