“The room was clean, staff were very very nice. However, when we arrived the AC was broke. That was day one, the morning of day two the toilet broke, someone came up and fixed it but it still broke. Then I stepped outside to enjoy the balcony to find that the balcony above was being cleaned and all the water from that one completely covered the balcony for my room with dirty water. Then we were told we’d be placed in another room it never happened due to a wedding at the hotel. Maintenance……

“I spent $600 for a night at this hotel, because it has such awesome reviews, and it was a bit of a letdown. How can you charge that much per night, and not even have a fridge or microwave in the room??? The shower was a sad little basic shower, and the hose to one of the handles was broken, so it was spraying everywhere. Also, there's clearly no soundproofing in that place, because the lunatic upstairs was a massive heel stomper and he sounded like he was going to stomp through the ceiling and……

“This was our second stay at this beautiful hotel. Every single employee went above & beyond to make it a wonderful experience for us. We will definitely be back!”

“Came here to celebrate our 7 year anniversary, wish we looked else where. Pool and spa were closed for “inspection”, from what we could tell the pool and spa had been closed for a while (no pool access was not listed anywhere on Expedia). Employees had zero dress code, in t shirts and gym shorts. All ammedities were not available, that being the restaurant, pool/spa, wine cellar, and cafe. Tennis court is abandoned. Breakfast was little to nothing, and the food that was there was covered in……
