“Overall okay, nice pool, welcoming staffs, just in general old building and some ants inside the room which make this almost perfect. ”

“The good. Easy check in process, room was clean, housekeeping did a fantastic job. The bad. The hotel Internet went out for days, which controls basically everything there. Couldn't make a phone call, access the Internet, or even watch the t.v. which ( which when traveling with young children is kinda nice to have when you want to take a shower in peace ) Speaking of showers, this is where it really wasn't great. Between about 6 and 10 p.m. there wasn't enough hot water to get the shower……

“But no phone in your room, you can only go to the reception every time. Single bed is very uncomfortable; double bed is very comfortable lol, closely next to the woolworths and a mall with a small food court Take 10-15 mins (walking) to the central mall, railway & bus station ”

“The hotel is low-rise and close to the road. Our room faced the road and was over the loading area, making for lots of noise in the early morning (bins being emptied and trucks making deliveries). The room was fitted out as pictured and clean. A strip on the bottom of the door would stop the light coming in from the corridor (we used a towel to block the light). The selection of tv channels was eclectic.”
