"This was a beautiful beach house. Our large group had plenty of space to enjoy the house. We love the landscape of this place. Even on hot days we had plenty of shade due to the beautiful palm trees and a plants. We will definitely be back and would recommend this house. Victor the houseman was very helpful and took care of all our needs."

We were in Merida for eight days and we LOVED this hotel! It was small, well-kept and very clean. The staff was extremely helpful. The location was perfect about 6 blocks north of the Plaza. Down the street from the hotel was the Negrita Cantina; a must-visit place. We'll definitely be staying at Koox Casa de las Palomas again on our next visit!

Wonderful room, pool, and service! We had the 4 course dinner that was thoughtfully prepared and served in the dining room of the main house. It was so lovely! We just stayed for one night and I wish we could have stayed longer.

The room is big, the bathroom is also, breakfast was well worth it with made to order eggs/omelettes. It’s on the outskirts of the center of town but the walking wasn’t terrible. Blow dryer in the room overheats and it turns off for about ten minutes at a time so make sure to wash your hair and have time to dry it. Other than that, everything went well. I’d be back.
