“They did not have enough staff for volume of people needing help only 1 at desk all week, long waiting and not experienced. Computer problems, for staff, could not answer questions or communicate with other employees. The grounds are beautiful and they have added and cleaned up games, pool, grounds. Our condo however had moldy shower and would not drain. Floors were dirty, don't think condo was ready as towels were everywhere and missing.”

“Staff were extremely nice. Condo was outstanding- clean , great layout, beds comfy, kitchen was stocked well with plates, cup, silverware, etc. everything was wonderful with the Condo and stay, Check in process…started wonderful, then to get our parking pass you had to go through a timeshare type of discussion… check in took about 30 minutes overall, which was a bit frustrating. Again, everything with the property was awesome and we definitely will come back.”

“Very nice to have everything on the same floor. Except when I booked they showed a picture of one bedroom down and other bedroom up. The carpet was either old or dirty! Otherwise everything else was clean! Hair dryer in front bedroom did not work.Could use a smaller plastic spatula in the kitchen. Beds were very comfortable.Received text or emails from the staff for communication. That was nice and off you needed assistance you had a number to call. Beautiful area and lots to do. Will definitely……

“LEGACY CONDO REVIEW Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the ceiling fans and tvs in each of the bedrooms and the beds were very comfortable. The rugs in the condo were very dirty and we were washing our feet often to keep clean. Unfortunately we were able to hear every footstep of the tenants above us due to extremely creaky floors. “The owner of this particular unit H2 had not changed the air conditioning air filter in a very long time as it was filthy covered in hair and dirt in the air was obviously difficult to breathe in the unit itself. I called the service number they said they would bring out a new filter and never did even though I reminded them several times so we bought a new filter and replaced it ourselves at our own expense. Unhappy”
