“Overall, we enjoyed staying at this establishment. Unfortunately, the pool and splashpad were closed for repair during our stay; so we did not get to enjoy that amenity which was a bummer. The 3 bedroom villa was spacious and allowed for everyone to spread out and have their own space. My only recommendation would be to make the place more family friendly. For instance, perhaps a playground for families with younger kiddos would be nice. The free s'mores by the pond at 7pm was a nice touch,……

“Place was nicely located in Branson. The pool needed cleaning a little and out soak tub in our cottage had mold shooting out of it and ants. The cottage space was great for a very active family of 4.”

“Checked in on a Wednesday. Both commodes had to have a plunger used for flushing. TV in the master bedroom did not work. Carpet in the master bedroom was soaking wet. Notified the front desk and was told “maintenance” would arrive to resolve the issue. One maintenance person arrived the next morning after we’d left the suite to utilize our vacation event reservations. When we returned there was a note from maintenance but no resolution to any of the problems mentioned above. Another call……

“THE BAD: The entry area and bathroom and shower were old and filthy. The shower curtain was disgusting. The food in the tiki bar was ridiculously overpriced for what you get. The rooms we stayed in are in bad need of a remodel. Wifi never worked. I tripped getting out of the pool and injured my hamstring because the top step in the pool is taller that the other steps-not sure how that passed code. THE GOOD: The new pool and swim-up bar are a great time. Wish there were more like it in Branson.……

“Everything about this property was great and the staff were quick to address problems with appropriate solutions. However, if you are getting this room for the large jetted tub then be aware that the water heater is no where close to large enough to fill it (six inches of water before there was no hot water left). We picked this room for the tub and basically couldn’t use it the entire time.”
