“All rooms have balconies (has a small table and two chairs) facing the beach. The bracelet bands opens your hotel room and amenities, as well as you can use at the restaurants and bar. They have a Starbucks on-site. They have movie nights. The one thing is parking isn’t included in the fee, it’s separate fee. Dogs are under 55 pds are welcomed, with a fee, they also have a small gated dog park. I really enjoyed this hotel.”

“My husband and I loved our stay at the Carr Mansion! This historical home was charming, clean, and comfortable. Joellyn was a fabulous host; she served delicious breakfast and offered several tips/ recommendations for activities around the island. “THINK TWICE! Check-in process was the most complicated process we’ve ever encountered, and you need 3 different mobile applications to complete check in, registration and accessing the unit. “Designated parking spot right in front of unit… very convenient. Accurate description of the property and it was very clean. Overall Galveston is not the nicest area but we felt safe here and it was a short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again. I would recommend bringing sheets for the pull out sofa if you need it… I’m not sure there were any. Also very convenient to have laundry in the unit. Newer washer/dryer…worked great. ”
