“Det var et godt hotel med god rengøring og god mad. Det ville være dejligt, hvis der var en opvarmet pool, da bølgerne i havet var så store, mens vi var der, at vi ikke kunne være på stranden, og vandet i poolen var meget koldt. Meget venligt personale.”

“The location is quite good, near the port, surrounded by nice restaurants, which means it could be a bit noisy at night. We stayed in a double-bed room, but it can actually sleep 3 people. Staffs are kind and helpful. The breakfast is awesome, serving from 9 to whenever you wake up, with bread, preserves, butter, a huge bottle of coffee, Greek yogurt, sandwiches with ham and cheese, and a glass of fresh orange juice. Don't ever miss it!!”

“Had a lovely stay at Alcanea in the off season, it’s a great location in Chania Old Town. Kyriaki couldn’t have been more helpful and supportive with any requests I had for things to do or organising taxis etc. The building has a lot of character and history ”

“The location was great. The room was very comfortable, the decor was wonderful and bathroom very nice and clean. Flora, the evening host was very nice. She have us great recommendations for sites and restaurants. She even prepared a bag breakfast for our very early departure. Roula the day host was very helpful and friendly as well. We would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Chania. ”
