Very small selection at breakfast and area is very small and congested for comfort. Also there was no drinking water provided in the room which is unacceptable for a four star hotel."

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the hotel was well kept. It is in a good location close to the town but not on the main street. It was easy to get to and had parking."

"Staff was great and so was the hotel. Very comfortable clean and nice room. Perhaps a little over priced for my opinion. Recommend you hire a car to get around if traveling around Garda as taxi can result expensive as it’s a bit away from center. "

"Beautiful little spa hotel, close enough to the castle, staff couldn’t do enough for you. Good sized rooms, very comfy beds, stunning views from balcony. Great breakfast. Free bikes. Only slight negative was the aircon in the bedroom. Seemed to have a mind of its own and for the most part didnt work so could be quite uncomfortable at night. "The check in was good and the staff were friendly, I wouldn't say very welcoming but comfortable. The food choices were limited but the breakfast was adequate. Unfortunately, the reception staff declined to help us book a taxi, which other hotels did. We therefore had to struggle with our limited communication. That was the major negative.
