“Having never stayed before at the Crazy Bear I went in with high expectations, however I didn’t realise the room which was meant to be a decent level, was the size of a postage stamp, just enough room for a double bed, no spa even though it was advertised as that’s the other venue not Steadhampton. Overall less than impressed, especially for the money, probably the most expensive hotel you can stay in per square foot, which was about 12. ”

“The family dinner on the Sunday evening was lively with good service. However, my room was fine but there was a persistent bumping noise (?from heating,)coming from the roof space which really disturbed my sleep. I did report this in the morning. Breakfast was over priced, £17 for a poor selection of continental breakfast plus being charged extra for coffee. ”

“Was here for a 2-night stay for work. Free parking on drive of property, take care coming out, as restricted view of road. Greeted by Sigrid who was pleasant and provided good local information. Mini fridge and table on landing with snacks (need to pay for them). Also in fridge was fresh milk for tea and coffee in your room. My room was lovely with ensuite and seperate toilet (in room). Toilet was quite small (I am not small). Desk and chair to work at in room, as well as good TV. Internet was……
