“Lovely hotel, lovely room, friendly staff. Recommend to book the three course menu (changes regularly) for dinner at the hotel. I had venison ragout and rack of lamb as main and both were superb. Dinner room is a cosy place, good wine list. Dinner was preceded by some drinks at the hotel bar which, for the size of the hotel has an excellent selection of spirits at very good value-for-money prices. “Really comfortable B&B, the owners were really hospitable and the breakfasts were prob one of the best I have ever had. Dog friendly and super cute that they provided dog treats in the room. Only small thing is the jacuzzi was wood fired and they needed 6 hours notice if you wanted to use it and felt there was a bit of reluctance around asking to use it. ”

“Wo fange ich an?! Wir wollten unbedingt in ein B&B für unseren ersten Urlaub in England. Jetzt sind wir sicher, dass die Messlatte so hoch ist, dass kein anderes jemals daran anknüpft. Wir wurden von Dave und Tonny herzlich an der Tür empfangen, solange Tonny uns Sekt einschenkte, trug Dave unsere Koffer hoch. Die beiden waren Stewards in der First &Business class namhafter Airlines. Und sie wie sie damals ihre Gäste on Boarding verwöhnt hatten, und genau so verwöhnen sie ihre B&B Gäste. Beide……
